My love for dance began when I was just 3 years old, starting with Ballet & Tap as I grew older I started to train in Jazz and knew exactly what I wanted to do as a career!

I trained at Cirencester college gaining High Level Diplomas in both Performing Arts and Dance when I was 16 years old. I then went on to train professionally at SLP College gaining a Level 6 Trinity Diploma in Musical Theatre.

I worked as a professional dancer for a few years touring the country when I decided I wanted to start a dance school. Working with children has always been a passion of mine & to be able to teach them the art of dance and create a family with them all is a dream come true.

Amy Addle Dance opened in 2018 and has been the best decision I ever made.

Throughout her dance training and career I have not only taught and choreographed different genres of dance but also performed. In 2022 she went on tour performing a contemporary show entitled “McQueen, the maker and the muse”.

I am very passionate about dance and truly believe that anyone can dance if given the opportunity. I have worked with Amy for many years and am really excited to be on the team teaching all of the incredible children we get to meet!

I also love teaching classes for people with congitive diseases such as Parkinson’s or MS. My classes are fun and upbeat with a focus on enjoying movement whilst developing techniques and overall strength and flexibility.

Annie began ballet at the age of four and subsequently added tap and jazz to her training. Additionally, she was a member of a local performance group for six years, performing as a dancer in many productions during that time. Annie continued taking classes until she was 19 and then continued her training as a coach with Amy here at AAD

Miss Annie has now been teaching for Amy Addle Dance for over two years and is absolutely loving it! To top it off, Annie is currently a full time university student at the University of Gloucestershire, working towards a degree in Education, Inclusion and Special Educational Needs.
